SEICO manufactures Switchgear following the Exd, Exe and Exp standards. We ensure that thorough testing is done for all Switchgear such that it follows the relevant certification rules.
Forced ventilation systems are used with Exp panels. If the heat load calculation shows that cooling is required, the forced ventilation can be replaced or supplemented by a vortex tube cooler. Larger systems are available with different flushing systems or can be connected to existing systems.
Both the Exd and Exe panels are manufactured in GRP, marine grade alloy or stainless steel, while Exp panels are available in stainless steel 316 or painted mild steel. All enclosures are rated IP66.

SEICO fertigt Schaltschränke nach den Exd-, Exe- und Exp-Standards. Wir stellen sicher, dass für alle Schaltschränkey gründliche Tests durchgeführt werden, damit sie den relevanten Zertifizierungsregeln entsprechen.
Bei Exp-Panels kommen Zwangslüftungssysteme zum Einsatz. Ergibt die Wärmelastberechnung das eine Kühlung erforderlich ist, kann die Zwangsbelüftung durch Wirbelrohrkühler ersetzt bzw. ergänzt werden.
Größere Systeme sind mit verschiedenen Spülsysteme erhältlich oder können an vorhandene Systeme angeschlossen werden.
Sowohl die Exd- als auch die Exe-Gehäuse werden aus GFK, einer Legierung in Marinequalität oder Edelstahl hergestellt, während Exp-Gehäuse in Edelstahl 316 oder lackiertem Stahl erhältlich sind. Alle Gehäuse können bis IP66 eingestuft werden.
