Heated Vessels
The heated vessels manufactured by SEICO are used for heating under pressure or without pressure. The containers are made of steel / stainless steel in the form of half-pipe / full-pipe coils. Alternatively, it can be designed with a double jacket which includes electrical heating inserts that provides safety temperature monitoring.
FEATURES AND BENEFITS
- The containers are designed for a minimum operating pressure of -1 bar in the interior
- The flanged electrical heating inserts are made in Germany with safety temperature monitoring. Industrial quality tubular heating elements with a diameter of 16mm are used in 98% of the heating inserts
- Welding processes: TIG, MIG, E-Hand , MAG
- Surface treatment: Stainless steel, interior and exterior surfaces stained and passivated
- Normal steel, inner and exterior surfaces sandblasted. Exterior surfaces can be painted according to customer specifications
- Alternative heating media: steam or medicinal water / heating oil loop
- Supporting brackets or stands
