Dedicated teams in strategic global positions allow SEICO to offer fast technical support or emergency site visits anywhere in the world. Whether you require training, technical support or a fully comprehensive preventive maintenance service contract, SEICO will help keep your heating and cooling systems operational. To find out more about the quality maintenance service we can provide, scroll through the options below, or access the EX Services website to find out more.
Site Survey and Condition Reports
Our team of engineers will conduct a full site survey and provide condition reports for all SEICO equipment. The site survey also includes a review of customer training needs, spares stock levels and onsite documentation ensuring you are perfectly equipped to get the most from your heating and cooling equipment. SEICO can also carry out thermal imaging studies to safely detect otherwise invisible symptoms of imminent failure at an early stage, allowing you to fix issues before they disrupt your production process and help your company save both time and money.
Commissioning and Start Up
Guaranteeing your equipment is installed right the first time can be vital to ensuring timely completion of a critical project and providing a stable base for equipment performance. SEICO can supply on and off shore commissioning engineers to complete all commissioning and start up checks, giving you the confidence that your equipment has been installed correctly and is operating within its design parameters. Using SEICO engineers to commission your heating and cooling equipment will also provide instant validation of the SEICO warranty.
SEICO is able to provide structured training covering Operation, Basic Maintenance and Problem Solving for your SEICO equipment, tailoring to suit your staffing needs and providing your team with the knowledge to get the best performance from your equipment daily. This certified training can be conducted on site or at our training facilities in Germany.
SEICO is proud to provide a comprehensive technical support service. This service is provided via our office in Germany ensuring support is available when it is needed most. With access to the design, manufacturing and site services team, you can be assured of a prompt and appropriate response to assist you with your technical enquiry.
In any stream of life, prevention is always better than cure. Never has this been more prevalent than within a Process or Production environment. Our preventative maintenance programmes provide the foundations for optimum performance and asset longevity. Each preventative maintenance programme is tailored to suit the customer. Part of the preventative maintenance schedule includes ongoing diagnostics performance monitoring of your equipment to ensure optimum performance at all times throughout the lifecycle of your system.
Our maintenance solutions help you maximise the performance of your heating and cooling systems. Correctly maintained equipment helps ensure performance is improved to – and sustained at – design specifications. The best way to ensure proper maintenance is through a SEICO contract. We offer several service contract options that are tailored to suit your business and maintenance needs.
On and Offsite Repairs
SEICO is able to provide ongoing engineering support through our internationally based team of SEICO Technicians. With many years of experience, our team can provide remote support, on-site / off-shore and return-to-base repairs on all SEICO systems, ensuring the right solution for our customers.
